“I’ve finished the eye and I’m up on my ear”: A Female Medical Student’s Life

The graduation for the Class of 1896 was held May 6, 1896, at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia.  The ceremony was followed by a luncheon.

Laura Heath Hills saved the invitation to her graduation because it was an important moment in her life.  The invitation is also a record of the Woman’s Medical College’s activities.
